Michael Eosphorus makes his first appearance in the 10th volume of Solecism. Michael Eosphorus appears alongside his brother in discussion. Apparently the two had been observing Sincere and Lamont for quite some time, and the actions of the brothers had finally caught their direct attention.

Michael Eosphorus has yet to show any demonstration of his power, but it can be assumed that he is on the same level as his brother, or even higher.
